The Social Swipe

Nice idea, well executed.

BBDO and Pedigree produce the Screen and Dog Saver

Love this idea. But, as a dog owner (and lover) I probably should, right?

Hope it worked.

For the love of Edgar Wright

I love Edgar Wright. Have done ever since Spaced was first aired. Add to that Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz and you've got a brilliant portfolio of work.

Everything the narrator talks about in terms of Edgar's work in this video I completely agree with. It's genius and makes for some hilarious film and TV with some truly inspired sequences.

But surely if everyone followed the same formula it would quickly just become the norm and, therefore, pretty boring? I'm not too sure Edgar would appreciate this video to be honest, even if it is 8 minutes of platitudes and finest moments.

Let directors be individuals, much the same as actors. Let them find their own way and their own techniques which work best for them.

I'm more excited at the prospect of a new (and possibly improved) Edgar Wright, someone with their own vision that they're just waiting to unleash on an eagerly awaiting audience.

Give blood, give power

Wonderful idea and fair play to all the players and clubs for getting involved in such a worthwhile initiative.

Aug(de)mented Reality by Hombre McSteez

The next chapter from Dulux

I'm a big fan of this campaign and this new execution keeps the standard up.

Lots of lovely little touches. I'm sure the creative team responsible had a lot of fun working on it.

Condomania: Flesh Love

The single most unsensual looking experience ever!

And there's a video, trying to explain that this was actually a good idea.

Is isn't. Not in my humble opinion anyway.

Brilliant show, brilliant idea

Wish I'd thought of this.

The value of craft

Ads such as the Nike cricket ad I posted a week or so ago show the value of true craft to a piece of work.

In this video, Danthonia Designs highlight that value once more with their wonderful, hand-crafted signs.

Pixel Nostalgia

Gotta love shit like this...
