Rhian touches herself

Got sent this rather nice ad created by JWT London, it's an awareness campaign for male cancer.

Introducing Miss Phoebe Solomons

I just had to post this clip of my friend Robbie's daughter.

To set the scene, the only calls Robbie and his wife Alice get on their houseline are either asking for the previous owner or those really annoying call centres. Having become increasingly fed up answering such calls, Robbie now hands the phone over to his 18 month old daughter, Phoebe.

On this particular occasion he decided to record it - and the result is very, very funny.

So, without further ado, I give you Miss Phoebe Solomons...

Where's Wall.E?

This is doing the email rounds at the moment but I received it the other day and felt it deserved a place on this blog. Created by Richard Sargent it's an amazing illustration challenging you to find Disney Pixar's Wall.E character amongst a sea of famous robots.

Richard Sargent's 'Where's Wall.E?' View larger image here.

It's so cool, but if it drives you made trying to figure out who all the other robots are then take a look at this and put your mind at ease.

Text genius

Just received this superb text conversation from my mate Greg at work, it's absolutely hilarious.

Favourite TV ads of the moment...

...are these two for the Toyota Yaris. Well written, catchy tunes, and the rotoscoping visuals look really cool - reminded me a lot of A Scanner Darkly which, although pretty weird, I actually quite liked.

True Blood meets I Love Dust

Back from my hols, all rested, recharged and raring to go...

Nope, sorry, but I can't keep that up I'm afraid. Lets just say I'm back and leave it at that.

Something that did cheer me up a little though was finding these excellent illustrations produced for one of my favourite TV shows, True Blood.

They were created by I Love Dust, just another example of the tremendous work they do.
