I'm a new(ish) parent. My daughter is 8 months old and in that time I've taken a few pictures of her. None them have appeared on my (largely unused) Facebook page.

Why? Because posting endless pictures of your offspring on other people's feed is FUCKING ANNOYING AND NOT EXCITING/INTERESTING FOR ANYONE BUT YOURSELF!!

Everyone knows this. So someone made this...

On another, similar note, creating a Facebook page for your newborn baby who can barely think let alone log on and use is EQUALLY FUCKING ANNOYING!!!

Remember when Steve Jobs died and 19-year-old student Jonathan Mak created this, now totally iconic, tribute?

Well, it scored him a piece of work for Coke to highlight the pleasures of sharing a Coke. I'm sure you've seen it but to refresh your memory here's what he came up with...

Absolutely brilliant, I'm sure you'll agree. So much so that it's just won Jonathan a Cannes Lion Award.

Jonathan is 19, he's still a student and, should he choose advertising as a career, he has a job ready and waiting for him at Olgivy in Shanghai - a fantastic opportunity for a very worthwhile young man.
